These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mahadev Book website, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, logging in, or using the Platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering for a Mahadev Book ID or otherwise accessing the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You also acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or rules posted on the Platform.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated by updating the "Last Updated" date and, for material changes, by a notice on the Platform or via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Account Registration & Security
To use the betting and gaming services, you must create an account and obtain a unique Mahadev Book ID. During registration, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information (mobile number, full name, date of birth, etc.).
- Maintain and promptly update your information to keep it accurate.
- Keep your login credentials (ID, password, OTP) confidential and not share them with any third party.
- Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
You are allowed only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts, providing false information, or attempting to impersonate another user is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately via live chat or email.
We reserve the right to refuse or close accounts at our discretion, particularly if we suspect a breach of these Terms or fraudulent activity.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions
Deposits
You may fund your account using the payment methods available on the Platform (UPI, NetBanking, wallets, cryptocurrency, etc.). Deposits are generally instant, though delays may occur due to third‑party processing. The minimum deposit amount varies by method (typically ₹300 for UPI). You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC) for the first request. Once verified, subsequent withdrawals are processed promptly — often within 15 minutes for UPI. Withdrawal limits apply based on your account tier. Mahadev Book does not charge withdrawal fees, though your receiving bank may levy charges.
We may require additional documentation for large withdrawals or to comply with anti‑money laundering regulations. Any funds obtained through fraudulent or illegal activity will be seized.
Currency & Taxes
All transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR). You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on your winnings as per Indian law.
Bonuses & Promotions
From time to time, we offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives. Each promotion has specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and time limits. By claiming a bonus, you agree to those specific terms.
Abuse of promotions (e.g., using multiple accounts, low‑risk betting to farm bonuses, or collusion) is strictly forbidden. We reserve the right to revoke bonuses, void bets, and close accounts associated with bonus abuse. All bonus amounts are subject to wagering before withdrawal, as detailed in the individual promotion rules.
User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Attempting to circumvent or manipulate the Platform's security, odds, or game outcomes.
- Using any automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to place bets or play games.
- Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
- Posting offensive, defamatory, or abusive content in chat or communication channels.
- Exploiting any software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for unfair advantage.
- Assisting others in any of the above activities.
Violation of these provisions may result in immediate account termination, confiscation of funds, and reporting to appropriate authorities.
Responsible Gambling

We encourage you to view gambling as a form of entertainment, not a source of income. Never wager more than you can afford to lose. Minors (under 18) are strictly prohibited from using the Platform. We perform age verification checks and will close any account found to belong to a minor.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and the compilation thereof — is the property of Mahadev Book or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
The names "Mahadev Book" and the associated logo are trademarks of the Platform. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mahadev Book, its affiliates, and their respective directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including network outages, third‑party payment processor errors, or force majeure events.
Account Termination & Suspension
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deducting any outstanding bonus amounts or wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, or if required to do so by law. In such cases, we may withhold funds pending investigation and/or legal proceedings.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including, without limitation, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnity) shall survive.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through our customer support channels.
If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Delhi, and the language shall be English. Nothing in this clause prevents us from seeking injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Miscellaneous Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any bonus rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mahadev Book.
- Severability: If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them at our discretion.
